How do your determine the repair price estimate?

We determine the repair price estimate by including both labor and replacement parts.

How long do you take to repair a device?

That’s totally dependent on the type of device you’re looking to get repaired and the severity of the damage it has experienced. Our certified technicians mostly take anywhere between 15 – 45 minutes to complete an iPhone repair.

Why is my phone running slower after a software update?

Recent software update slows down your phone because it might be an older devices. The software update comes with the new features of the operating system and older phones’ hardware is not equipped to support those new them.

I dropped my phone in water, how can I save it?

Carefully remove the battery, if possible, to decrease the likelihood of a short. Dry your phone from outside and try NOT to press any buttons.

Am I expected to pay for the service before you perform repair on my device?

No, because most of the repairs we perform are different in nature, payment is due upon receipt.

Can DSDmobile® backup data on my phone/device?

Yes we can! If you want, you won’t lose any of it as DSDmobile® technicians are well-experienced in data safety, data recovery, and data transfer services.

How do I know if I need a new phone battery?

Usually, a phone battery begins to deteriorate after 400 charging cycles. On average, phone batteries reach 400 charging cycles after 1-2 years of regular usage.

Will any repairs you perform on my device void its warrantee protection?

Yes, the moment your device becomes damaged, your warranty becomes void.

If I want, can you perform faster mail-in services and sent back my device quickly than you typically do?

Typically our certified technicians complete most mail-in repairs within 48 hours. We can send you’re your device faster than regular mail service via priority shipping with an extra cost.

My phone is not charging, how do I know if it’s the charging port or battery that needs to be repaired?

First check if your phone’s port is dirty or loose. If the port is dirty or loose, it will most likely need to be replaced. You are most likely experiencing a battery issue if an aux cord can be firmly plugged in.

Can you really fix my phone’s water damage? What’s the success rate?

Although we don’t give any warranty and nothing is guaranteed to work, our certified technicians successfully repair 75% of the water damaged phones that come to our facility.

Do you sell phone parts or repair tools?

Yes, we do sell phone parts but we do not sell phone repair tools. Other than phone parts, we sell tech accessories, and unlocked phones.
